Trip Information & Application

Trip Cost Per Person: Minimum of $3500.00/person (This total includes both in-country cost and flight. *Price subject to change if flight cost is higher than usual.)

*NO CASH will be accepted. All donations must be given through Kindful or by checks made out to Come Away Missions. You can avoid credit cards fees by paying with your bank account through Kindful.*

Items not paid for in trip budget:

1. Passport (and related expenses)

2. Vaccines (and related expenses)

3. Food in airports while traveling and pre/post trip

4. Souvenirs or snacks during trip

5. Donations to the ministries in Rwanda

6. Extra Luggage

7. Visa ($50)

8. Travel insurance ($60-$160, depending on age)

9. Tips for our support staff (van drivers, cooks, translators, safari drivers)

*We want you to know that when you say yes to a Come Away trip, you become part of a team. We do not want you to think about raising money for yourself but you are helping raise money for the team God has ordained to go to Rwanda. You are doing your part to help get your group to the mission field. That also means if you receive extra money for your trip, please pray about who you can help bless on your team.
